THESIS / LEGAL

Terms of Service

1. THESIS and these terms

THESIS operates this website and its thesis-to-token service. Contact us at privacy@thesisfamily.com. These terms apply to the service we operate; Fomo, Pons, wallet software and blockchain networks have their own terms. THESIS is an independent project and does not claim to represent those providers. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

2. Eligibility and access

You must be at least 18 and legally able to use the service. Access to automated launches requires a verified wallet holding at least 300,000 $THESIS. Holding the token does not grant equity, ownership of THESIS, guaranteed launches or guaranteed income. Access also depends on verification, technical checks, available funds and service limits.

3. Submissions and automated launches

When an enabled submission channel accepts your launch request, you authorize THESIS to process the request, create token metadata and artwork, and submit the resulting launch through its platform signer. Your thesis may be interpreted by an AI model. Unless you specify a separate ticker, the requested name is also used as the ticker, subject to format limits. Image instructions alone are not intended as a token description. These are processing rules, not a guarantee that the AI will understand every request correctly.

Check your name, ticker, description, artwork instructions and creator wallet before submitting. Do not assume you will receive a preview or a second confirmation before execution. Requests can be rejected, delayed or require review. Once a transaction has been broadcast, stopping the service or deleting a post may not cancel it. Confirmed token metadata and transactions may be impossible to change.

4. Wallets and execution

The platform signer funds and submits supported launches. It is distinct from the creator wallet that receives the creator fee share. You remain responsible for your wallet and any signatures you provide for ownership verification. We do not need your wallet’s private key or seed phrase. Never include either in a thesis, image or support message. Verification of a wallet or Fomo account is not an endorsement of its owner or token.

5. Creator fees and costs

For supported THESIS launches, the intended allocation of creator fees received by the token’s fee splitter is 80% to the designated creator wallet and 20% to the platform. This is a share of creator proceeds, not 80% of trading volume or of all protocol charges. Pons protocol fees, transaction gas and launch costs are separate. Fee recipients and the actual deployed contract determine how a particular launch works.

Collection depends on funds being available, contract support, network conditions and the collector being enabled. The configured automated policy checks eligible tokens every five minutes, targets at least $30 in claimable fees and stops checking a token after an hour without qualifying on-chain transaction activity. These are service settings, not a guaranteed collection or payout schedule. Older splitters or tokens that have moved beyond their bonding curve may require a different collection process.

“Creator fees so far” shows the creator’s share of fees already received by the splitter, including amounts paid out and the remaining entitlement. It excludes fees still held by Pons and is not the amount already transferred to the creator’s wallet. Figures are saved snapshots and may be delayed. No fees or returns are promised.

6. Your content

Only submit text, names, symbols, images and links that you have the right to use. You give THESIS permission to process, reproduce, adapt as needed for token metadata, host and publicly display your submission and associated artwork to operate the service. This includes sending relevant content to AI and storage providers and recording metadata on public infrastructure. Other users can copy public material, and blockchain or IPFS copies may remain after an off-chain removal request. You retain any rights you already hold; AI output may not be unique or eligible for exclusive protection.

7. Prohibited use

Do not use THESIS for fraud, impersonation, market manipulation, unlawful fundraising, infringement, harassment or illegal content. Do not submit malicious links, try to reach internal systems, bypass eligibility checks or overload the service. We may refuse submissions, restrict access or remove material from our own interface when necessary to address abuse or legal obligations. Removing a listing does not remove its on-chain token.

8. Third parties, interruptions and risk

THESIS depends on Fomo data, AI services, image hosts, storage, RPC providers, Pons and blockchain infrastructure. Changes or failures can delay, duplicate or prevent processing despite our safeguards. External links are not endorsements. Prices and market caps are estimates, not executable quotes or a promise of liquidity. Read the Risk Disclaimer before using the service. THESIS does not provide individualized investment, tax or legal advice.

9. Responsibility and changes

We aim to operate the service with reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, accurate AI output, secure third-party systems, token value or investment returns. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without those guarantees. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may change service limits, suspend affected features or revise these terms. The version and date on this page identify the current text; material changes will be described on the website. Questions or complaints can be sent to privacy@thesisfamily.com.
